Coverage & Scope

  • This refund policy applies to all services provided directly by us and websites we manage.
  • It does not apply to third-party services, products, or websites not owned or controlled by us.

Filing a Complaint

  • We handle every project with the final product in mind and aim for mutual satisfaction. Refunds are only considered as a last resort if no resolution is possible.
  • If you are dissatisfied, please contact us at info@designsnhour.com before filing a refund claim, so we can attempt to resolve the matter.
  • A refund claim may only be filed if a mutual resolution cannot be reached.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are considered based on the type of service and stage of project completion:

Website / Web & Graphic Design

  • Full refund: If the project has not started or the initial design style has not been approved. Refunds will be processed within 180 days of upfront payment.
  • Partial refund: If delivery commitments are not met after initial design approval. Refunds will be proportional to the work completed.
  • No refund: Once the project is completed and uploaded to the server.

Logo & Brochure Design

  • Full refund: If the project has not started or the initial design style has not been approved.
  • Partial refund: If delivery commitments are not met after design approval. Refunds will be proportional to the work completed.
  • No refund: Once the project is completed and delivered.

Web Programming

  • Full refund: If the project has not been initiated.
  • Partial refund: If the project is not completed as per the agreed scope and delivery policy. The refund amount will be based on the portion of work completed.
  • No refund: If the project has been fully delivered as agreed.

Dedicated Hiring (Offshore Staffing)

  • Full refund: If the resource has not yet started the project.
  • Proportionate refund: Based on work completed up to the cancellation date.
  • No refund: For time/services already provided. Any dissatisfaction must be reported immediately for consideration.

Applicability of the Delivery Policy

  • Refunds apply only when agreed payments are cleared.
  • No refund is applicable if delays are caused by incomplete or delayed information from the client.
  • If project requirements are unclear or incomplete at the start, we are not responsible for delays or refund commitments.
  • No compensation will be offered for delivery delays unless specifically agreed upon with a penalty clause.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the incomplete portion of the project. We are not responsible for indirect losses, delays, or issues caused during or after service delivery. Refunds are applicable only if the project is canceled by the client in writing.

Processing of Refunds

  • Partial refunds: Processed within 180 business days from the date of cancellation.
  • Full refunds: Processed within 50 business days from the date of cancellation.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (credit card, check, etc.).

Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates.
