These terms apply to all services provided by DesignsnHour.

Revision Policy

We provide revisions according to the package you select. Customers may request unlimited free revisions as long as the core concept/design remains the same. Revision Turnaround: 48 hours.

Refund Policy / Money-Back Guarantee

Refunds are handled under the following conditions:
  • Before delivery of initial concepts: Full refund (minus 10% service & processing fee).
  • Within 48 hours of receiving initial concepts: 66% refund (minus 10% service & processing fee).
  • Between 48–120 hours of initial concept delivery: 33% refund (minus 10% service & processing fee).
  • After 120 hours: Refunds are not available. Please contact support for assistance.
Refunds will not be provided if any of the following apply:
  • You approve or request changes to the initial designs (refund offer becomes void).
  • Final files have been delivered.
  • Website development is completed or deployed live (website packages).
  • Storyboard has been designed (video animation packages).
  • No action on your order for 30 days after placing it. (Reactivation may incur a fee.)
Refund requests must include a valid reason measured against your design brief and feedback. If a concept aligns with the brief, a refund will not be issued; we will continue revisions until satisfaction (per package). If a refund is approved, all rights to the refunded designs transfer to DesignsnHour. You may not use, publish, or display any version of those designs.

How to Claim Your Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with your order details and specific concerns via one of the following: We will first attempt to resolve your concern under our Revision Policy. If not resolved, our Refunds Team will confirm approval via email. Upon refund, you agree that all rights to the design(s) return to DesignsnHour. We may share copyright acquisition information with relevant authorities to prevent reuse of refunded designs.

My Account

The “My Account” area is the primary channel for project communication. It is your responsibility to check messages, respond to queries, and provide feedback. Not using this area regularly will not constitute grounds for a refund. If you need help, contact support.

Our designers follow your brief and conduct research to ensure quality and uniqueness for every project.

We’ll rework and revise your design until you’re satisfied, in line with the limits of your selected package.

Domain & Hosting

  • Where applicable, website packages include free domain and hosting.
  • Email accounts (when included) offer 10MB storage each and can be configured with third-party email clients.
  • If you do not host with us, email accounts are not provided.
  • No refunds on domain, hosting, or email packages.

Delivery Policy

  • Design files are delivered to your “My Account” area and via email per the date on the Order Confirmation.
  • Standard delivery for customized design orders: 5–7 business days after order.
  • Rush Delivery: First logo samples within 48 hours for an additional $100.
All revision and refund timelines are based on the delivery date/time recorded in your account area.

Record Maintenance

We maintain a record of your finalized files and can resend them upon request.

We provide 24/7 support for all inquiries.

Communication Policy

Official communication occurs only via email addresses ending in @DesignsnHour.com or our listed toll-free number. We are not responsible for correspondence from any other sources.

Access to Information

To use our services, you may need to provide accurate, current, and complete contact information. We do not store payment information on our website. For each new purchase, a unique, secure link is provided for add-ons or separate services.

100% Unique Design Guarantee

All logos are created from scratch based on your requirements. If a delivered logo is found to be substantially similar to another design, you are entitled to a redraw. Any resemblance is coincidental, and DesignsAnHour is not liable for compensation. Clients are responsible for securing any desired copyrights or trademarks for their artwork.

Exclusions

We assist with standard third-party plugin and API integrations. We do not manage third-party dealings on your behalf. Any additional, custom, or non-standard work requires a separate fee agreement.
