Coverage & Scope
- This policy applies to refunds requested directly from DesignsnHour for services purchased through our website.
- It does not apply to companies, individuals, or third-party providers not owned, managed, or employed by DesignsnHour, or to external websites linked from ours.
Use of Collected Information
We use information you provide to improve our site and services, deliver updates, and resolve order issues. To opt out of future emails, contact us by email or in writing.
Filing a Complaint
- We treat every project seriously and try to resolve concerns before considering refunds.
- If you are dissatisfied, please contact us at info@designsanhour.com for a final discussion prior to filing a refund claim.
- Only file a refund claim if we are unable to reach a mutually acceptable solution.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are considered based on service type and project status. Below are general guidelines:
Website / Web & Graphic Design
- Full refund: If the project has not been started or the initial design style has not been approved. (Processing may take up to 180 days from payment date.)
- Partial refund: If we fail to deliver as per our delivery policy after initial approval refunds are proportional to the work completed.
- No refund: If the project is completed and uploaded to the server.
Logo / Brochure Design
- Full refund: If the project has not been started or the initial design style has not been approved.
- Partial refund: If delivery commitments are not met after approval (proportional refund).
- No refund: If the project is completed and delivered.
Web Programming
- Full refund: If the project has not been initiated.
- Partial refund: If delivery commitments are not met, partial refunds may be issued based on the portion of work completed.
- No refund: Once the full project is delivered according to the agreed scope.
Dedicated Hiring (Offshore Staffing)
- Full refund: If the assigned resource has not started work.
- Proportional refund: Based on the amount of work completed up to cancellation.
- No refund: For time/services already provided. Raise concerns immediately with the project manager.
Delivery Policy & Conditions
- A project is not void unless all agreed payments are cleared.
- Refunds do not apply when delays are caused by incomplete or late information from the client.
- We are not liable for delays resulting from insufficient client communication.
- No compensation for delivery delays unless a signed agreement includes a penalty clause.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the portion of the project that remains incomplete. We are not responsible for indirect losses, third-party actions, or delays outside our control. Refunds apply only if the client cancels the project in writing.
Processing Refunds
- Full refunds will be processed within 50 business days of cancellation.
- Partial refunds will be processed within 180 business days of cancellation.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, or check) as agreed at project start.
